James Hood
After almost 30 years in Law Enforcement, I retired and decided to pursue my passion of buying and selling real estate. My wife and I enjoy helping others find that same passion! We have been investors for over 20 years, currently owning AIRBNB's in Nashville, TN. In addition, we are Almond Farmers. We understand how stressful buying and selling property is, but we can assure you, our passion is helping make that process as smooth as possible. Hood Real Estate's goal is to help others find joy in Loving the Hood they are in! DRE 02126810.
Jamie Hood
I was raised in Ripon and enjoyed the small-town vibe. That is why my husband, James, and I, raised our four children: 31, 28, 26, and 17, in the small town of Escalon. Additionally, we have three grandchildren, who we adore tremendously. When I was young, I wanted to follow in my father’s footsteps and begin a career in law enforcement. So, after graduating from Stanislaus State, I began my career. After meeting my husband and purchasing a home, we realized quickly that investing in real estate was going to allow us financial freedom when we retired. We decided to use our education and experience to show others how to have that same freedom by investing in real estate. Our passion has always been to help others, as we know that buying and selling a home is a very emotional experience and we want to help that transition be as seamless as possible. I cannot tell you how exciting it is to see the joy in others when they receive the keys to their own home or when they sell a home and use the equity to purchase their dream home. It's very humbling! In addition, I am a member of Women’s Council of Realtors and love utilizing the endless benefits this council has to offer our clients. Lastly, my husband and I chose to serve our community with TRUST, INTEGRITY, and PROFESSIONALISM, in our previous careers.
